Our Policy

Boulton Soul Align Chiropractic Inc. (dba Soul Align Chiropractic and Yoga) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship or immigration status, religion or creed, age, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital or family status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, body size or shape, veteran or military status, socioeconomic status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

This policy applies to every part of our practice and studio: care and treatment, class participation, scheduling and admission, membership and pricing, hiring and employment, teacher training, contracting, events, and communications.

What This Looks Like in Practice

• Every practice member and student is treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
• Care recommendations are based on clinical findings, not on identity or assumptions.
• Classes are taught with modifications offered so people of different bodies, abilities, and experience levels can participate meaningfully.
• Harassing, demeaning, or discriminatory conduct by anyone in our space, including staff, teachers, members, students, or guests, is not tolerated.
• Reasonable accommodations are provided for disability and for religious practice upon request.

Reporting a Concern

If you believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment in connection with Soul Align, please tell us. You may speak with Dr. Whitney Boulton directly, call the office, or email us. Reports are taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and handled as confidentially as possible. We do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
