Chiropractic Care

Most people have been told what's wrong. Very few have been told why.

At Soul Align, we don't guess. We look, we measure, and we build a plan around what we actually find.

The Soul Align approach

This isn't crisis care. It's real care.

There's a version of chiropractic that goes like this: something hurts, you book an appointment, you feel better for a few weeks, it comes back, and the cycle repeats indefinitely. That's not what we do here, and honestly, it's part of why Soul Align exists.

Dr. Whitney built this practice around a simple belief: the spine deserves to be understood, not just managed. That means taking the time to do thorough diagnostic imaging, building a care plan with measurable outcomes, and being honest about timelines from day one. It also means being honest when someone isn't the right fit for this approach, and referring them to someone who is.

The Practice Members who thrive here are the ones who are ready to commit to a real result, not just a temporary fix. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Blair Upper Cervical Care

The upper cervical spine, specifically the top 2 vertebrae, has more influence over your nervous system than most people realize. When those vertebrae shift out of their ideal position, the effects can show up anywhere in the body: headaches, neck pain, numbness, fatigue, and more. Blair Upper Cervical Care is a specialized, precise technique that corrects this without any twisting or cracking of the neck. The adjustment is gentle. The results are often anything but subtle.

Curve Correction + Chiropractic Biophysics

Your spine has natural curves that act like a spring, absorbing shock and protecting your nervous system. When those curves are lost or distorted, it's not just a postural issue. It changes how load is distributed across every joint, disc, and nerve in your spine. Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) is the most research-backed method for actually restoring those curves over time, using a combination of adjustments, traction, and targeted therapeutic exercises. It's a commitment, but the outcomes are measurable and long lasting.

Who this is for

We're not for everyone. That's intentional.

We'd rather refer you to someone who's a better fit than take you on knowing we can't serve you the way we'd like to.

This probably isn't the right fit if:

  • You're looking for a one-off adjustment with no interest in the bigger picture
  • You want someone to tell you what you want to hear rather than what your imaging actually shows
  • You're not in a place right now to prioritize your health and wellness consistently

Soul Align is the right place for you if:

  • You've been to other providers and left with more questions than answers
  • You want to understand what's actually happening in your spine, not just get relief for a few weeks
  • You're ready to commit to the process and do the work between visits
  • You want a provider who will be straight with you about timelines, outcomes, and expectations
  • You're looking for a healthcare home for your whole family, not just a place to go when something hurts

What to expect

Here's exactly what happens when you become a Practice Member.

Step 1

Day 1 — The Full Diagnostic

Your first visit is thorough by design. We start with a full consultation covering your chief complaint and a complete health history, followed by a neurological and orthopedic exam. From there, we look at your posture to determine areas where your spine may be weak. Finally, we finish by taking full spine X-rays and a CBCT scan. The scan provides a 3D image of your cervical spine that gives us a level of detail most offices simply don't have access to. By the time you leave, we have a complete picture of what's going on. Before you leave, we'll take care of payment and get you set up for your Day 2.

Step 2

Day 2 — The Report of Findings

This appointment is ideally the next business day, and we strongly encourage you to bring a spouse, partner, or trusted friend. Why? Because we cover a lot of ground. Dr. Whitney walks you through your posture analysis, your full spine X rays all stitched together so you can see the full picture, and your 3D imaging. Then she gives you her recommendations for care, including chiropractic, massage, and yoga where appropriate. If you're ready to move forward, you'll receive your first adjustment that day.

Step 3

Your Care Plan

Joining Soul Align as a Practice Member starts with a 3-month initial commitment. That's not arbitrary. Structural change in the spine takes time, just like straightening teeth takes time. Your care plan is built around your specific imaging findings, not a generic protocol, and your progress is tracked with objective measurements throughout. Check-ins and re-evaluations are built into the process so you always know where you stand.
