About Us:
Dr. Whitney

Dr. Whitney Boulton is a born and raised Californian with a passion for outdoor activities, travel, live music, and geeking out about anatomy. Her undergraduate studies earned her a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of Redlands. In grad school, she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating top of her class, Suma Cumlade, from Life Chiropractic College West.
Along her educational journey she has taken two, 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, the first with Troy McPeak in Unified Yoga, and the second with Kelley Doyle in Prana Vinyasa. Through her ten plus year journey, she has gotten to experience the benefit that a weekly yoga practice provides on, and off, a mat. This experience has been so profound that she has created her dream practice around blending her two passions, chiropractic and yoga.
Dr. Whitney has long seen the need for our current healthcare system to take on a preventative approach, rather than reactionary. She recognizes the importance of western Medicine and is striving to find a better balance between health care professionals. It is her core belief that healing takes a team, and that there is no “one way” to help a person. Rather, her dream is to have many healers collaborating together. As such it is a dream come true for her to be launching Soul Align Chiropractic and Soul Align Yoga!
Some fun facts about Dr. Whitney are, that she has been on every continent except Antarctica, she has two cats Radar and Pepper Jack (though she loves dogs too), she knows what it’s like to live in chronic pain and recover, and the biggest wave she has ever surfed was a 10 footer in the Maldives.
Pamela Armstrong
Pamela joined our team as Clinic Director in the fall of 2024. Before joining our family, she served as the manager of a massage therapy office for 10 years, where she developed a deep passion for helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Driven by her dedication to wellness, Pamela earned her Personal Training and Nutrition Coach certification in 2022, expanding her ability to support others on their health journeys.
Relocating to Dana Point from out of state in the summer of 2024, Pamela has fully embraced the Southern California lifestyle, particularly the beautiful outdoor activities the area has to offer. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Pamela soaking up the sun at the beach or exploring the many amusement parks across the region.
Hannah Milner
Christian Gentile – LMT
Miki Cotner – LMT
My journey into the wellness world started with my 200 hour Ashtanga based Yoga certification in 2009 with Greenpath Yoga, at the Yoga Society of San Francisco. I furthered my studies at the Nosara Yoga Institute® for 500+ hours of certification including becoming a Pranassage Practitioner® (yoga massage) and Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Other studies include 200 hours of Yin Yoga to study Anatomy and the Chakras with Paul and Suzee Grilley. I quickly realized my calling to become a bodyworker to enhance my offerings in holistic healing. I studied Shiatsu in Santa Monica and moved on to study massage therapy at Hawaii Healing Arts College in Kailua, Oahu. Additionally, I became a Doula, which fit perfectly with my background in yoga and massage and my compassion for Mamas. I moved back to SF and worked as a Massage Therapist for several years at SenSpa, a holistic wellness spa. Through the years, I have assisted yoga trainings in San Francisco and Nosara, and offered both yoga and massage services in SF, Nosara, Nantucket, Hawaii, and now in South Orange County. I feel grateful that my work and passions align, and honored for the opportunity to provide healing services to my community.
